Returns, refunds and exchanges are not accepted.
In case of a missing item or error in the order, the customer must send pictures of proof via email at email@example.com or via DM on Instagram @hairlistica within 7 business days after receiving his/her package. A replacement will be sent to the same shipping address 1-2 days after acceptation of both parties.
In case of a stolen, missing or broken package, the customer must contact Canada Post directly and provide all necessary information. Once the order is shipped and out of our possession, we are no longer responsible of it.
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after purchase.
